Al Capone committed a crime against prohibition. He would bootleg and smuggle alcohol. He owned a business called Chicago Outfit​. Within all of his illegal activity it also included prostitution. The time period of all of his crimes was from the 1920's to 1931. The only crime he was ever charged for was tax evasion when he desided not to pay his taxes and he went to Chicago Cook County jail. When he was in jail he still conducted business so they ended up moveing Al Capone to the federal penitentiary prison and two years later they moved Al Capone to Alcatraz in San Francisco bay.
